Do you want to learn to create lasting and memorable keepsakes that show your unique and personal artistic skill? Scrapbooking is a fantastic craft that allows your creative side to go wild. You can do so much more than just placing photographs in an album. Not only do you have your one-of-a-kind photos to work with, but also you can assemble your scrapbooks with virtually an unlimited array of embellishments to jazz them up. Adding embellishments to your scrapbooks will most certainly add interest, dimension and color, making your album distinctively yours.

What is meant by embellishments? Embellishments are much more than just paper. They can be made from various materials like plastic, wood, cloth and metal. There are many embellishments you can purchase. Several of these are charms, brads, ribbons, eyelets, buttons, beads, feathers, fibers, hemp or jute cord and tags. In addition to the commercial products you buy, you can add personal items relating to the theme of the scrapbook; such as a train, concert or Broadway play ticket. You can make use of party invitations, snippets of wrapping paper from gifts and even the confetti. For a scrapbook with a travel theme, try using a map of the location where you vacationed.

Embellishments can be attached using glue dots, which are extremely strong and great for sticking even heavy embellishments to album pages. Tear off the size you need and place the embellishment on top of the glue dot. Apply it with a little pressure for a couple of seconds. Also, you can utilize a glue pen or double-sided tape, which works well too. You may also wish to sew certain embellishments onto the page with embroidery floss and colored or invisible thread whichever meets your need. There are even colored staples that can attach your embellishments to the page.

While you are trying to add the perfect touch to those pages, remember to use embellishments sensibly. Do not lose sight of the fact that the photographs are the main focus of the page. Embellishments should only be used as an accent to compliment your photos. You do not want the embellishments to take center stage or make your layout look too crowded.

The varied selection of embellishments will set your pages apart from plain and boring photo albums. Instead of just putting photos on a page, with the application of embellishments, you will get those creative juices flowing. You now know just some of the embellishments that are available to use and its time for you to jazz up those scrapbooks.

If women are vain about their looks, who said that men are not? Men are also conscious of how they look. If women are so obsessed about beautifying themselves, men are obsessed with having a great body with great abs. They believe that with great bodies, they can attract more women. So they hit the gym and overwork themselves to the point of hurting themselves.

Pain is a part of training. But there are pains and aches that are telling you there is something wrong with what you are doing. Here are some of them:

1. If you feel a sudden pain in the neck or head, stop for a while. This could happen when you are squatting and lifting heavy weights. This could mean a muscle seizure or an overloaded blood vessel. Drop the weights immediately and check your posture. Your neck and shoulder muscles must be relaxed or you could strain them really bad.

2. If you feel a sudden sharp and targeted pain in the back while lifting weights, get immediate help. This is not something that you can ignore as this can be a slipped disc or you might have pinched a nerve. This requires medical attention immediately so the doctor can assess the degree of the damage. Never lift anything for now as it might leave a permanent damage.

3. If you feel pain on your ankle whenever there is impact, better listen to your body. Do not ignore this sign as this could mean that you have a sprained ankle or a strained ligament. If this is the case, you need to rest in order to recover. If you keep ignoring the pain, it could get worse.

If you are someone who needs to build muscles, then choose an exercise program that is intended for building muscles. If you desire to be on the leaner side, there is also a specific program for that. You must follow the program in order for it to be effective.

However, achieving a great bod is not only about exercise. It is also important that you watch what you eat. There are certain foods that you need to eat more than others. One thing that you should remember when building muscles is that lean muscle mass need to be kept in shape by maintaining a positive nitrogen balance.

Nitrogen can be found in amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Therefore, all high protein rich foods are rich in nitrogen. All other food sources cannot compare to the amount of nitrogen high protein rich foods have. When you supply your body with enough good quality protein, your muscles can continually repair and grow by themselves.

Foods that are high in protein content are liver, fish, kidneys, eggs, fowl, beef, milk, cheese, yogurt, nuts, beans, peas and some grains most especially barley. But do not have a diet of purely protein. You need to balance it with fresh vegetables that are lightly steamed or raw. Never cook them to retain the nutrients.

To achieve this goal, one must be discipline enough or everything will be in vain.

A quick look at the shops on the high street or a Google search for designer clothes for men clearly shows that the mens designer clothing industry is truly booming. Once the domain of women, designer clothing is now also a male phenomenon, with hundreds of designers and thousands of stores all vying for the attention of the fashion conscious man.

Obviously opening a shop on the high street to sell the wide range of designer brand names now available is a costly venture and beyond most individuals, but selling online is a remarkably cheap way of becoming a clothing retailer, especially if you want to sell designer clothes for men.

Lets look at the top sites currently catering for this booming industry.

ASOS.com

This website is one of the best known for mens designer clothing and features huge images of their ranges on its category pages. They stock clothing from some of the leading brands, including Diesel, Fred Perry ad Paul Smith, as well as their own branded range.

Room14Menswear.co.uk

A well designed site that uses images and descriptions of carefully selected products from some of the top designers in the male fashion world. Levis, Superdry, Jack & Jones are listed alongside many others and all are very competitively priced.

MainlineMenswear.co.uk

One of the most successful sites selling mens designer clothing, Mainline combine a very simple site design with good images. Their list of different brands is extensive and impressive, as they stock clothing from everyone from Adidas through Nanny State to Victorinox.

Bbclothing.co.uk

Brown Bag Clothing have one of the most beautifully designed sites around and sell a range of mens clothing and accessories. There list of brands is almost as extensive as that offered by Mainline but Brown Bag also have a small section for women too, and a Gifts section that can be a real help.

Tessuti.co.uk

Tessuti are a well established online retailer, selling much the same as similar sites in terms of brands but also some of the more top of the range designer gear, including Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren and Alexander McQueen designed Puma footwear.

In a booming but saturated market it takes a lot to stand out and these five companies do just that with their online presences. Each of them goes about things slightly differently, but each of them makes you feel like the clothing you are buying is high quality, high fashion and highly desirable. Which is exactly how you want to feel when you are buying designer clothing and thats why these are some of the most successful sites on the internet in the designer clothes for men market.

There are hundreds if not thousands of other mens designer clothing retail sites out there doing much the same as the five we have looked at here, all of them selling some or all of the designer gear mentioned in this article. And all of them at varying prices, so its worth shopping around a bit before you order your next designer clothing for men.

Happy shopping!
